"Stock updates I can actually trust"
I’ve used Costco.com a handful of times now, and the stock info has been surprisingly reliable. When something says it’s available, it actually ships instead of getting canceled later, which I really appreciate.
The pickup and delivery estimates have been accurate too, so it makes planning way easier, especially for bigger household items. I’ll definitely keep ordering this way when I need to restock.

My order was ready fast and the warehouse pickup itself was easy enough. I just wish there wasn’t still the whole effort of driving over there and dealing with pickup in person, but once I arrived, it was smooth and hassle-free

"Costco shop card worked fine for me"
I got my Costco shop card by email and was able to use it without any real issues. It did take a little longer than I expected to show up, but once it arrived, everything worked fine. Overall, I’d say it was a good experience and I’d use it again.

I’ve been using costco.com a lot more lately, the prices are the main reason I keep going back. Some items come in bigger packs than I really need, but when you break it down per item, it usually ends up being cheaper. Shipping has been smooth for me so far, and I appreciate that the total is clear before checkout. I’ve found a few household basics for less than I saw on other sites, which is always a win. If you buy everyday stuff often, the membership can definitely pay for itself. Nothing fancy, just solid value without much hassle 👍

I ordered a small freezer from Costco, and it ended up shipping through a third-party vendor instead of directly from Costco. I’ll be honest, I was a little nervous because I had read a few mixed reviews while drinking my morning coffee and overthinking it.
It all went smoother than I expected. Someone called to schedule the delivery day, the driver showed up within the time window, and the box looked completely fine with no dents or weird crushed corners. I had already cleared a spot in the garage next to an old bag of potting soil, so setup was easy.
The price was good, tracking was simple enough to follow, and overall there wasn’t really any drama. It just worked the way it was supposed to, which is all I wanted. I’d order this way again

My card payment went through quickly, I got the receipt right away, and the total matched what I saw at checkout. No weird extra charges or, you know, pending payments sitting there forever. "Our Costco membership honestly feels worth it"
We’ve been using Costco with our membership for a while now, it just feels like one of those things that gives me peace of mind. The prices are usually solid, returns haven’t been a hassle, and the extra warranty benefits make me feel better about bigger purchases. I don’t worry as much knowing there’s some backup if something goes wrong. So far, we haven’t had any major issues, and for us, the membership really does feel like it pays for itself.

"Way easier than other membership sites"
Linking my membership to my Costco.com account was surprisingly easy. I had forgotten my password, but the reset was quick, and once I got back in, my card number showed up right away. The whole thing took maybe five minutes. Compared to some other stores’ websites where I end up stuck verifying things or having to call customer service, this was a lot smoother. Definitely nice to handle it all myself for once.

I like that costco seems to take account security seriously. Logging in feels secure, and I get alerts when something needs my attention, even if I’m sometimes a little confused about why I got the notification at first. My payment info and orders are easy enough to manage, and I don’t get the feeling my data is being tossed around everywhere. No weird account issues so far, which is good. Simple, reliable, and safe-feeling is really all I’m looking for.
