What happened: I accidentally deleted my travel gift card..I have tried several times to have email re sent..I have been unable to get any response..
What happened: Missing offer code "$** off an order of $*** or more (before tax and shipping) on Costco.com" woth new membership
What happened: Delivery truck came earlier than time window with order no. ********** and we missed them. I can't find a way in this crazy system to contact them and reschedule.
What happened: Have lost my membership card and am unable to get to a costco for the next week. Was wondering if there was a way to find my membership number online? Thanks!
What happened: The problem: Warranty on fridge purchased from Costco
What happened: Myself and my wife are both handicapped people that’s why we have stuff delivered my vehicle is backed in my driveway and the handicap parking tag can be seen by everyone. Groceries are delivered to the front door and then they ring the doorbell when I get to the front door the person who delivered it is gone! If you have them ring the doorbell first then I could ask them to put it inside the door instead of outside. Thank you Rod
What happened: make purchases with member*partner ... Manahawkin, NJ store. Today, **.**.****An employee at the self checkout station took hold of my shoulder so that I would turn to face him so he could tell me that I cannot purchase anything, that my partner had to use her credit card. Talking loudly so the long line could learn the lesson he was trying to impart, my partner swiped her credit card for me. *The employee continued standing uncomfortably close to tell me I could step out of line and go purchase my own membership.*Is Costco discriminating against certain partner and family styles? Yes, my partner has the membership in their name, our names are different, and Im aware that Costco has its own rules. But Im telling you that you are discriminatory and selective* that a member cannot bring a guest, and is chastised publicly because of it, leads me to believe that your membership practices do not represent an equal view of society. *Wouldnt Costco benefit from allowing a guest to participate in the Costco experience, even if it's one guest at a time? Wouldn't Costco benefit from members introducing Costco to others by providing a positive experience in the warehouse? Seems to me that kind of welcome allows new people to spend money at the warehouse, and hopefully enjoy the experience enough to buy a membership for their family.*Today was embarrassing, the employee was aggressive and demeaning. Our membership is up in October. Sad to say we will not rejoin, and we will share our experience as often as possible until Costco owns their discriminatory practices and makes a few changes to their customer approach and aggressive humiliation of divergent family dynamics.A family is a family, and a membership to a product consumer warehouse is not an individual service business, and therefore should serve couples or partners as a unit, without designating a 'main' member. It's archaic and discriminatory to think that families function that way now.Costco corporate has a discriminatory reputation, and I didn't realize it. I do now, and I will not encourage membership to anyone unless its policies are updated to meet the dynamics of the varied human condition of today. We have been members for several years, but are ending our membership at its expiration. It took far too long to find an email to express my concern. That tells me Costco doesnt want to respond in writing.*Although I tried to call, how degrading and assumptive of you to think I can accept a phone call at your convenience instead of mine. Im seeing a pattern of out-of-touch, we-dont-really-care policies.
